We recently hired Leonardo Silva and his construction company, Generation Builders to construct a replacement floating dock at our rental property, and we could not be happier with the experience and the final result. From the beginning, the project managers, Enzo, Lucas and the team were easy to work with. They listened carefully to what we wanted, provided options, thoughtful feedback and recommendations, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. The workers were professional, on time, respectful, and highly communicative during every phase of construction. It was obvious that they took pride in their work and cared about doing the job correctly. The project was completed professionally, on schedule, and with excellent attention to detail. The finished dock looks fantastic, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Lorenzo Silva and Generation Builders to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a professional, dependable construction team.

I wish I could fully express how wonderful our experience with Generation Builders actually was. Luis was our main contact point, he was quick to answer any questions. It is always best to know that every project no matter how big or small, will come with a pivot or two but it’s how it’s managed that matters and everything was addressed no hesitation. I highly recommend using Generation builders. Their employees are kind, tidy, and efficient.

The first thing that attracted us to Generation Builders was their name and company logo… what we discovered was a treasure of craftsmanship, knowledge, and talent. Leonardo and Francisco arrived to assess our leaking shower pan and immediately crawled under the house to examine the problem. Within a couple of hours we had an estimate. Their demo and construction team was led by a man named Igor, who is the best plumber, carpenter, and masonry person we have ever worked with. I cannot say enough about the quality of work the crew accomplished. Even the demo was done with care and neatness!!! They reused our existing shower doors and saved us a considerable amount of money. The crews always showed up at 8am every day and worked solidly till 5pm. The work area was separated from the rest of the house by a thick plastic zippered door that greatly minimized the impact of the job on the cleanliness of our house. The drywall, tile work, and shower enclosures were all done with excellent craftsmanship and precision. When we stopped by their office to ask a question or discuss some designs,, everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Leonardo was always available and kept us updated on the progress of the job.
