Rosedale Concrete Construction, Inc. did a FANTASTIC job repairing a foundation slab crack in my home! A crack is one of the last things any homeowner wants to see and I was dreading the cost and process of getting it fixed. I sought a few different bids from other companies which were extremely expensive. Rosedale Concrete not only beat them on price, but in experience and knowledge. Jay from Rosedale Concrete was the only person who asked about the age of the house (30+ years) in order to understand it's severity and appropriate steps for repair, or who asked about any resulting wall or ceiling cracks (none). He quickly set my mind at ease that my situation was not as severe as I'd thought given the age of the home and lack of wall damage. He sent me an honest and significantly lower bid for the job within a day. I was under financial stress due to job loss and they Rosedale Concrete worked with me and were understanding when I needed to delay the repair. Michelle, in the office, was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful with that entire process. By the time I was finally able to schedule the work, my bid had expired, so I asked for an updated one to account for inflation (which had spiked). I was shocked and impressed that they even honored the original bid and didn't charge me anything extra. The actual repair was done very professionally and was completed quickly within the timeframe I was given. I highly recommend Rosedale Concrete for ANY concrete job in the Bakersfield area. In the midst of a tough situation, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with people who are honest, professional, and hardworking. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Rosedale Concrete Construction Inc. with the job pulling up our front porch and pouring a new patio in the front of our home. The crew was all very friendly and were even early to the job each day. Their communication was great and they were flexible with us in regards to scheduling as well as last minute changes. They were very accommodating to our requests for a spot to put our family's hand/footprints. The quality of work is beyond excellent and far exceeded any expectations I had. I use this company to build me a 40x80×6 slab for a metal building and to have the anchor bolts installed as per the engineer drawings. The end result is they did not manage the concrete delivery properly so there is huge delays between pores the edges of the whole slab look terrible and the anchor bolts are all off. Was dealing with Mark about these issues because it seems like he's the one in charge and all he could do was blame me and tell me it's my fault because I am an owner Builder and that makes me responsible for their poor workmanship. What really made it even worse was they didn't even come out to see the issues to try and correct them all they did was blame me and the end result was I had to get it repaired somewhere else I highly recommend you use a different company this company does not stand by their product their quality of work and they just lie and make excuses for their mess ups
