I've retained Paradigm over the last 30 years for 4 different projects at our traditional craftsman home in Berkeley, including full sidewalk replacement. Paradigm always delivers a top-notch, elegant result well within their estimate and our budget.

I had them look at a job specifically Told the estimator that I don’t care about the price I just need the work done so just schedule it, We scheduled the date, The day came and nobody showed, When I called the estimator he said the proposal to do the work that they sent was never approved is ( the one I said I did not need which they did not send ) So I had them send a proposal anyway the next morning, I approved it and called him back and asked him if you can still do it within this timeframe he said he would call me back in 30 minutes and he didn’t, I called the office and talk to the person in charge of the scheduling, I explained the situation And I made it clear this was costing me money and I wasn’t happy and to please accommodate us to get this done within this time frame , She said she would call me back shortly and she didn’t. Complete waste of time not worthy of diamond certification, never again
