So l initially reached out to Tom with energy efficiency questions about 8 months ago regarding our home we had bought. He was great about answering all questions I emailed him. Then last week I reached out to him again regarding an estimate for a more efficient HVAC system. Today he arrived with Jose, they looked in the attic and he used a computer system inputting measurements of every room. This system allows him to calculate the size of system that's perfect for this home. He advised that our current size unit is to big, which shows why having him check everything is so valuable. I really appreciate his knowledge, and taking the time he did to explain the importance of sizing it right. I should be hearing back shortly on the estimate. Just wanted to say I appreciate his effort from my first contact with him to having him coming out and seeing how thorough he was. Also another thing is we live outside of his service area but Tom was nice enough and said he was willing to come look at our home. If your looking for someone, he will answer all your questions, and I think you'll be very happy you called him out!

When people call us to work in Tom's area, I always recommend him because he is the best. When it comes to heat pump design and installations, Tom is the man. I always get a thank you call from them after the job is done. It's nice knowing that there are still people like Tom who know and do quality every time.
