West Coast & Commercial Cleaning

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I paid $450 for a "deep clean". My son's bathroom: -my son's shower did not get cleaned. - there was dirt and hair behind his toilet. - I asked for them to clean his garbage. Some sticky stuff on it. My bedroom: - baseboards in my bathroom under the counter were not wiped down and the floor was dirty under there. - the vent in my bedroom (the main reason I wanted the vents cleaned) was not cleaned and full of BIG globs of dust. - I asked if the closet floor could be vacuumed. - under the far dog bed were gobs of dog hair and hair sprinkled throughout the floor. Kitchen: - the countertop next to the stove was not cleaned. I think the coffee pot countertop was also not cleaned and the top of the quartz was a thick layer of dust. Same with the long countertop. Thick dust along the top of the quartz. - the sink doesn't look any better, especially the grout behind the sink. - the disposal looks like someone wiped the rim of it and that's it. Thomas's room: - TV did not get wiped down and neither did his side table. Other: - 3 of the 4 blinds did not get cleaned. Only the small laundry room blind did. The nice things about hiring a cleaner that you guys didn't do: - make the bed - put rugs back - fold the toilet paper into a nice triangle - use your own cleaning products! Found my bathroom shower spray on the dining room table. In 1 hour, only my sons bathroom got cleaned (not shower) because ONLY the woman was working.

I loved how quick and easy it was to work with these guys! With their help, I was able to get my house cleaned up and prepared for my wife's surprise birthday party. Showed up on time, and they finished right on time. The evening went great! Again, I appreciate your hard work, guys. 👍 Definitely will be using their services again! (Highly Recommended)

Had the folks over from west coast cleaning last week to clean my messy apartment. They did an amazing job! First, they deep cleaned the kitchen, which had grime buildup behind the stove and around the sink. The countertops are spotless, and even the grout looks almost new. My living room carpet also looks fantastic after they removed some stubborn stains. Totally recommend them!
