I chose this company because I was in a bind and needed an urgent cleaning service, and I was willing to pay the premium price quoted for expedited service under the expectation that the job would be completed in one day. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The cleaners arrived late and did not complete the promised scope of work within the expected 3–4 hour timeframe, requiring a second day to finish. Even then, several requested areas were either lightly touched or not cleaned at all. My office was not cleaned, the floors were not mopped as requested, and overall many areas felt incomplete. What was most frustrating was the poor time management and communication. I specifically communicated that they needed to be finished by 11am (on the second day), yet they stayed 30 minutes past that time. After the service, I requested a discount due to the incomplete work and inconvenience, which they agreed to. However, shortly afterward, I realized additionally the floors had not been mopped, meaning we had to do that ourselves. When I followed up to ask whether the floors had actually been mopped, I never received a response. I had already paid, so it was too late. To be fair, the primary bathroom and oven were cleaned well, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. But overall, I still feel I overpaid — even with the discount — for a rushed and incomplete job, especially considering the over priced service. I would have appreciated it more if they were upfront with how long it realistically would have taken.
