Jon and his team at Master Clean are awesome! This is the second time we’ve worked with them and couldn’t be more pleased! Mario and Ramon came early to prep their gear and started right on time. Punctual, professional, and superb. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Disappointing experience – Lack of transparency and poor value! I hired this team to clean a house that was already in very good condition; only the kitchen and one bathtub required specific attention. I was initially given an estimate of 3 hours for $380. After three hours of work, I was notified that they needed an additional hour to finish, which added another $150 to the total. When I asked for a justification for the extra time—considering the house was clean to begin with—the crew was unable to provide a clear explanation. To make matters worse, the "deep clean" I paid for was not delivered. The quality of work was surface-level at best, and the bathtub—which was one of the few areas needing focus—ended up discolored after they used they chemicals for cleaning. I would not recommend their services if you are looking for honest pricing or attention to detail.
