Sunshine House Cleaning

I scheduled for a whole house cleaning on March 6. They showed up at 8 AM like they were supposed to. I had initially scheduled for the entire house, which is a five bedroom four bathroom house. I I told Lidia, who is either the owner or manager of Sunshine Cleaning that though I initially wanted the whole place cleaned, I only wanted the top floor, which was three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a kitchen, a dining room, and living room. There were two cleaning ladies. I didn’t want to babysit them, but honestly, I should have. That was my fault, I guess. I got a text message from Lidia saying the cleaners were finished. I came home and it looked fine at first glance. Upon further inspection, it seemed as though the only thing the cleaners did was literally fold the blankets that were on the couch and wipe down the stove top and clean the fridge. I don’t think that my floors were actually even cleaned or mopped. It was so disappointing. And by the way, all this cost me $430. My photos are proof of their less than ideal “cleaning “. Also, I have attached a copy of the text message Lidia sent explaining everything I could expect from the cleaning crew. When I reached out to let her know I was deeply disappointed, she did offer to send a crew to “redo” the cleaning. I told her I didn’t want her cleaning crew back as their standard was well below what was reasonably expected. I hate to even post this review but $430 was a lot for such poor performance. I also tipped the cleaners btw. If you’re looking for a house cleaning service, who will actually get the job done, Sunshine Cleaners is not the company for you. Look elsewhere.

Very seldom do I leave reviews. This is my first time hiring a cleaning company and my experience has been terrific and wonderful so far. Process is seamless with great communication as well as last min scheduling which I did not expect at all with last min guests arriving to my house. Staff arrived on time and were thorough with priority rooms. Cleaned for 2 hours the agreed upon time. They have exceeded my expectations. :) high recommend!
