I couldn’t be more impressed with the move-out cleaning service we received today! Angela and Loriana arrived right on time at 9am on a Saturday and immediately got to work. They were both incredibly thorough, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment spotless and move-out ready. They deep cleaned the kitchen, including the inside and outside of the fridge, oven, and all cabinets. The counters, backsplash, and sink were scrubbed until they shined. In the bathroom, they tackled everything from the tub, tiles, and toilet to the vanity and mirror — it looked brand new! They dusted all surfaces, baseboards, and blinds throughout the apartment, wiped down doors and handles, cleaned all windows and window sills, vacuumed and mopped the floors, and even made sure every corner was spotless. A big thank you to Vitor for coordinating everything seamlessly. The whole experience was stress-free and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this amazing team if you want top-tier service and peace of mind!

I had a very disappointing experience with Noble Shine Cleaning. I booked a $315 trial clean that was supposed to include two loads of laundry and standard trash removal. The cleaner only did one load of laundry and left all the trash inside the house. When I reached out to the company for a refund, they were incredibly dishonest—making up new definitions for laundry loads and falsely claiming I had committed to multiple weeks of service. My assistant tried calling and emailing them 6 times over two days with zero response. They finally agreed to a partial $45 refund via Zelle, but the payment memo read 'Refund Racist bad customer'—a shockingly unprofessional and offensive response from a business owner. Save yourself the headache and find a more honest and professional service.

We arranged a moving out cleaning service. It was throughly done and we were satisfied with the service. It passed moving out inspection by the apartment company. The cleaners were friendly and approachable.
