Warden Building Maintenance & Cleaning are outstanding! Staff is approachable and friendly. Easy to communicate with, especially if there is an area that needs extra attention and cleaning, they go above and beyond. Every employee is equipped with a cleaning kit and a variety of cleaning gadgets. They clean restrooms, common areas and offices thoroughly and restock supplies to last. They keep up with maintenance and take out the Trash weekly or by-weekly when scheduled, it’s nice that the cleaning products used do not cause a stench in the air but leave the room smelling refreshed as well as making it safe to enter the area once it’s been cleaned.
