City Wide Facility Solutions - Sacramento

I was disappointed with my experience with City Wide Facility Services. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality did not meet my expectations, and several areas that were supposed to be cleaned were either missed or not cleaned thoroughly. I had numerous no shows for cleaning yet still got charged? Just be prepared to have consistent issues as well as different people they hire when "you're not satisfied". Changed every 45 days. They also have a ton of work drama. Which never ends well. From unfair treatment to boss wrestling "innaproperatly" in office. Communication was also frustrating. I found it difficult to resolve concerns, and I felt that expectations set during the sales process were not matched by the service that was ultimately delivered. Overall, I did not feel that the level of professionalism or quality justified my experience. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve its communication, consistency, and service quality. Have no clue what goes on here. But definitely not for MY company.

Been working with Mo Eqbal from CityWide for a few months now, and he has been consistently professional with great attention to detail. He manages his sites with a high level of professionalism and care. I truly enjoy working with him and appreciate his reliability and expertise.

City Wide does a very good job of keeping the facilities clean and working with Mo is a pleasure. The cleaning staff is thorough and Mo has been very responsive.
