Quality Cleaners

I am super disappointed in the service. This was my first time using quality cleaners and will likely be the last time. I took in 2 football jerseys after only wearing them one time, they had minor stains. I was told about signing a paper in case colors bled, after hearing this I got a bit worried since these were just purchased a few months back and only worn one time each. I asked if this was something that happened often and the cashier stated “it’s only ever happened once”. After hearing that I felt a little more assured that this was a very minimal chance. Today I picked up both my jerseys and was never mentioned that both jerseys were damaged. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the jersey they put in the back was severely damaged. Them putting the jersey that was more damaged in the back definitely shows the amount of professionalism here. The numbers are really faded out along with the name on the back. I’m aware I signed the paper however It’s not okay that they didn’t mention it when I picked it up, they let me walk away with damaged jerseys without saying a word of it. After mentioning it this evening at a family gathering it has come to my attention that this has actually happened more than “one time” to other jerseys that have been dropped off by other people. I’m sad that I’ve got two jerseys worth $300 that can no longer be worn. These were gifts to my husband and son. I would have had more respect towards this business if they’d have been honest about the chances of damage at drop off and even more so about the damage at pick up.

I took in two sleeping bags. She told me it would be $32. She didn’t specify they were $32 each so I went in to pick them up and it cost me $72. I was shocked if she would’ve specified $72 at the beginning I would’ve never did it but she told me $32. She didn’t specify each so I give her zero stars.

Terrible service. I'm furious. I took my brand new sweater to this dry cleaner; it was a bright pink, and I don't know what happened to it. When I went to pick it up, the color was completely faded, dull, and looked old. A brand new sweater, and they ruined the color! Why didn't they read the care label instructions for preserving the color? Horrid service. I didn't even wear it; it's ruined! And it's an expensive sweater. I will never go back to this dry cleaner.
