Clean Master Best Home Cleaning

Although they were all very nice, they charge a fortune for a terrible job and it’s like pulling teeth to get the keys back from them once they are paid. As of this review it has been three days and still no keys! I had them come clean on a move out in one of my rentals. They charged over $700 (no furniture) to clean two bathrooms a kitchen, three ceiling fans, two light fixtures, clean the tile floors in the entry and kitchen and wash the windows inside and out including tracks/ seals and sweep out the garage. I had to have them come back to clean again. The first time the window tracks in the windows were still filthy full of gunk and spider webs, two of the seals were untouched, they completely ignored the garage intirley and the garage window was left filthy with a bunch of spider webs, the shower doors were still filthy with soap scum and gunk, they left grease inside the hood of the range, the front of the oven was untouched and still greasy, the countertops in the kitchen were not clean with rice and food crumbs still left behind and I could still wipe dirt off the tile floors with obvious dirt and spider webs still left in the corners of the tile floor that were left untouched. That price didn’t even include cleaning the blinds as they don’t do blind cleaning in-house. I had to pay someone else to go there and clean all of the blinds. That price also didn’t include vacuuming the carpets because the carpets were getting replaced. When they came back the second time, they took care of it all until I was satisfied, but they never did get the hard water spots off of the shower doors. They were suppose to do an acid wash on them and I don’t think they ever did that. They couldn’t have! They cleaning ladies were in and out ! At least the soap scum and the gunk they left the first time was much better and you could at least see through them. Lastly, the owner about flooded the floors in the kitchen when “he” came to reclean the tile floors because he turned on the wrong machine from the van and his gal ran out telling him to “STOP” as the water was gushing out. I was disparate to get this house cleaned because I had new tenants waiting to move in and they were able to go there when I needed them, but I would NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.

No entry way mopped, sliding door runners not cleaned, family room not swept or vacuumed, screen off window in Master bedroom. Furniture in master bedroom not moved back. Not all window sills cleaned

The folks at Clean Master are professional and incredibly efficient! I am thrilled with the results of their cleaning and will definitely use them again.
