Central Coast Cleaning

I was reaching out to cleaning companies on behalf of a client, and I came across this business which I deeply regret. From the start, the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of simply responding to my inquiry like any other business would, they snapped at me and told me to "stop messaging" as if I was bothering them by trying to bring them potential business. I understand that not every company may be interested in taking on new clients, but there is a professional way to communicate that—this was not it. The owner’s tone was dismissive, condescending, and completely uncalled for. If this is how they handle simple customer inquiries, I can’t even imagine how they treat actual clients. If you're looking for a cleaning service that values professionalism and basic courtesy, look elsewhere. This business clearly doesn’t prioritize customer service, and based on my experience, they don’t seem to care about gaining new clients either. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. ⭐ 1/5 – Would give zero if possible.

No question they are the very best even if I little expensive. But you get what you pay for and they are SUPERB!
