Not Your Average Cleaners

I have myalgic encephalomyelitis, which is a pretty debilitating disease. It makes it really hard to keep up with cleaning. NYA sent two cleaners to do an initial deep clean for me. It was very affordable. I compared to quotes from other cleaning companies in the area and NYA Cleaners offered the most competitive rates. The two cleaners did an amazing job. They were polite and lovely and my place is looking spotless. They got things sparkling and shining in a way I've never been able to, even before I got sick. I can literally see a detailed reflection in my microwave. I bought it secondhand so it has always looked a bit shabby. I have no idea what they did to it, but it may as well be a mirror now. I'm extremely happy with my results and how efficiently they worked. I have a one-bedroom apartment and originally booked for 2 hours. With the amount they needed to clean and the state my place was in, they needed an extra hour to finish things up. It was seemless to book the extra hour and still very affordable. My total came out to $320 for the three hour deep clean, which compared to other cleaners in the Bay Area, is a really great price. WI am very impressed that they were able to get the whole place looking as amazing as it does in only 3 hours. When I try to deep clean, it takes me two fully days of doing nothing but cleaning and I've never gotten it to look as sparkly clean as they did in just three hours. I've booked NYA for regular biweekly cleanings. It is such a relief to have this off my plate. It's too physically demanding for me and now I don't have to push past my physical limits in order to have a beautiful home. In sum, I'm very happy with how the cleaning turned out and with how pleasant, efficient, thorough, and accommodating the staff is. For the quality of the work, the price is excellent.

Overall, I had a great experience with Not Your Average Cleaners. I was able to book a move out cleaning with only a few days notice. Their two person team cleaned by 2 bed 2 bath unit thoroughly and left it in good shape for my landlord. They required 30 additional minutes to finish but I think it was worth it.
