I was initially drawn to BerryClean by their competitive pricing, but I've stayed because of the truly outstanding quality of their work and their wonderful staff. Finding a service that offers this level of deep, detailed cleaning without breaking the bank is rare! The BerryClean team is consistently friendly, respectful of our space, and clearly takes pride in their work. They feel like a trusted partner in maintaining our home. It's a fantastic feeling to come back to a pristine environment knowing the work was done by reliable, honest people. BerryClean provides exceptional value and peace of mind. I have used Berry Clean twice now, one for a move-out clean in Oakland and then for a move-in clean in Santa Clara, shortly after I got settled. Not only are the cleaners kind and friendly, but they work hard, clean deeply and thoroughly, are fast, arrive on time, and take clean to a whole new level! For the move-out clean, I had done a fairly decent pre-clean, but the two women made everything look sparkling new! I was truly impressed! For my move-in clean, two different women again took cleaning "over the top" and addressed some problem areas. The place looks amazing! I could not be happier with my two Berry clean experiences!

taking back my original review. this company charged me for cleaning. i canceled at least two days prior + rescheduled for the next month. they confirmed. but now they’re saying i won’t get the service i paid for until i pay again. better business bureau, anyone?
