Simply Swim Pool Care & Repair

2 years ago we bought house with a pool in Oakdale after never having owned a pool before. We were lost! I called Simply Swim and the owner asked if i was available and arrived within 5 minutes of my call. He walked me through the process of caring for a pool and also spotted some issues with the way the pool was plumbed with and with no pressure to use his company left his card. Needless to say, his professionalism, willingness to help and no pressure approach sold me and we started using Simply Swim. He fixed the plumbing issue, recommended a pool sweep and had everything up and working the way it was supposed to in short time. Today I called to ask about adding a pool heater and again, he arrived to my house within 5 minutes of my text message and while playing a game of darts in my garage explained the pros and cons to different types and the cost i would be looking at with a heater. I decided not to add a heater for now! Love working with this company very fair and HONEST in the way they do business!

I would like to share my positive experience working with Simply Swim. I currently reside in Groveland in need of having my pool equipment upgraded. I was unable to find anyone in the surrounding area who was willing to make the trip up to Groveland. After searching the internet, I contacted Simply Swim if they were interested and the owner came out and accepted the job. The equipment was ordered almost immediately and I was worked into their schedule within a week of receiving the pool equipment. I had the heater, filter, pump and valves replaced. The service technician showed up on time cutout the older equipment and installed the equipment in a timely manner and adjusted the pump and heater and ran through test ensuring no leak, everything was in working order and hauled off the used equipment. I must commend the quality of work and overall experience; it went smoothly without any issues. I would not hesitate in recommending Simply Swim for any pool equipment upgrade, repair or installation.

So we're first time underground pool owners and didnt know what to do when the motor stopped working. We called around, checked business websites and always came back to Simply pools. He gave us advise, before trying to make us pay for something, as what other pool companies were trying to do. Jatinder was honest and upfront with us. He really helped us in many ways.
