With change of ownership prices go up and quality go down , they don't know how to do cowboy style starch they did horrible job on my jeans, dropped it for extra heavy starch but they are not even close to that. They even charge extra for starch and you are paying for something that you don't even get. Just ridiculous service. You loose my business I will never come back.

Tina in Oakdale helped me with a tough stain on my jacket, and it came out perfectly. I was also impressed with how on-time Sunny was when delivering my order to my workplace. Their combined effort made the whole process easy and stress-free. This team clearly cares about their customers and their clothes. I'm very satisfied with their service and will continue using them.

Highly Dissatisfied! Wool coat covered with lint also white blouse was to be medium starch still has wrinkles. Asking for a discount took $6 off order. Lady at counter said can clean wool coat again. I needed both garment before that would happen. I DO NOT recommend even with them trying to make it right 😕
