We've been patronizing Betty for - wow - probably over 4 years now across 2 residences. We just need basic/standard cleaning of common areas only. She and everyone who has serviced our home have been wonderful. They did the move out clean at our former place and continue to do weekly cleaning at our current place. Yes, life happens and occasionally there are requests to cancel or reschedule but we would MUCH prefer giving business to Betty and other small business owners than to corporate cleaning services. We're grateful to have her and her team!
