The Cleaning Authority - Fresno

Amazing, spotless, fast and hard working. These are the words I would use to describe the experience I had with The cleaning authority. I walked into my house, a new build. that has never looked as spotless as it has the day that they cleaned. I take care of my house.I clean my house but when I tell you now my bathrooms are stunning. You could eat off of the floors. The bathtub is spotless. I am simply amazed, and I am so happy I chose this company. If you are on the fence about getting your house cleaned and think you can't afford it. Trust me, you can afford it.And you will feel so much better after they come clean your house. I am blown away.I must tell you all. Call em, have them, come over and give you a quote and try them out.You will not be disappointed.

There were several areas that were not cleaned. When I called back to notify them, Maria was not apologetic and said that she would have the ladies come back to take care of it and that I will be charged for that extra time. I said, really? I will be charged for something that should have been done? She said as long it was only 20 min then they wouldn’t charge me. The ladies came back immediately to take care of it. No I don’t recommend The Cleaning Authority and No I will not be using their services again. 1 star for friendly cleaners. *Edit: They just charged me an additional $40. It took the cleaning ladies 20 min to do the second round of cleaning the areas they missed.

I'm a long standing client. I use this service once a month so my house can be fully cleaned by professionals. They do a great job.
