I was in a panic because I realized I needed my dress hemmed before my daughters wedding and they got my dress back to me in 2 days!! Highly recommend Guilds!! Very friendly and professional!

Absolutely amazing job on my baby carrier that I thought I ruined! Thank you so much Guild Cleaners! The picture does NOT do justice (bottom pics) to how washed out and creased my Silk Onbuhumo was after I washed it, wrung it out and laid it out in the sun to dry- like an idiot! Guild cleaners brought back the luster and shine and smothed every wrinkle, and it looks even more gorgeous then before I ruined it! (Top pic!) 💙💙💙💙 thank you so much Guild team! 🥰

If I could give the this place negative stars, I would. I came here because of the high 4.8 ratings on Google. Don’t be fooled. I left my wedding dress, overskirt, and veil to be cleaned, pressed, preserved and boxed on April 8th. I paid $451.38 in advance. I was told that it would be ready in about 6 weeks. I called on May 15th, May 29th, and June 11th to check in. Each time I was told my items were clean, but they were not boxed because they didn’t have the boxes available. The lady kept telling me to give her another week to box the items. On July 1st I decided to pick up my items, even though they were not boxed. The lady said she would give me a refund for the two boxes I paid for. It’s been well over a week and I have yet to see my $278.25 refund on my card. I just spoke to my bank, and the merchant never processed my refund like she said she did.
