Delta Softwash

My home faces north and I don't know how long it's been since the roof was properly cleaned, so it was looking pretty cruddy. Jason (very nice guy) came out on short notice to give us a quote. We opted for a roof wash and a dryer vent clean (ours exhausts through the roof and the run is about 20 feet or so). Carlos and Hector showed up on time and went right to work and finished up sooner than anticipated. They were both super friendly and laughed at my bad jokes, and the best part is that my roof looks AMAZING! No more chunky stuff and all the green is gone. Smelled nice and clean as well, and they cleaned up after themselves! Thank goodness they were able to do the dryer vent because there was probably 10 years of stuff caked in there from the previous owners. Not only does my house look 10x better, but I won't be losing any more sleep imagining dryer lint causing a house fire...

Delta Softwash came out today and cleaned the moss/algae from our roof as required by our insurance company. Technicians Victor and Cody were great. Both were very polite, kept us informed, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Other companies sent quotes without seeing the roof. The crew was very polite, worked efficiently, took photos, and cleaned our property after they were done. Highly recommend using their services.
