Always Ready Cleaning

Extremely happy with their cleaning services. They helped get my listing clean for an open house and did not miss a detail. They were easy to work with and scheduling was smooth as well. I will highly recommend this company and will use their services again in the future!

Spoke to Dan over the phone. He was amazing friendly and helpful. He was able to get us the assistance we needed same day. We were extremely grateful for the timely service appointment and are looking forward to the cleaners arrival.

Update: They sent one of the same cleaners back out and told her 2 things needed to be redone (window sills and shower doors). There were more dirty areas though like on baseboards, dirty microwave outer door, a piece of cracker on the stove, the top of the fireplace wasn't wiped, there were still little pieces of trash and an old French fry on the floor, little gunk on the floor and most of all of these would come off just rubbing it a little. She had said they were told a basic clean when I had chosen a move out cleaning. If there are tiers for how much is to be done, I was not told but thought this would be somewhat thorough. After she cleaned again, it was overall okay enough. I wouldn't have been thrilled but not as upset if this was how it was cleaned initially. Still some dirty areas we noticed later but maybe I have high expectations to what is considered clean clean. Think next time we'll just clean the place ourselves or try somewhere else that someone I know recommends. I will say them reaching out and sending someone again to clean more says something and why this isn't an easy 2 stars. Update: They called next day and offered to redo the cleaning promptly with a senior member overseeing to make sure problem areas are addressed and to their standards. Will update afterwards. I'll change my rating if I need to. Paid for move out cleaning (500) for 3 bed 1777 sqft home and not happy with the pictures of some areas that were shown to me. The shower door is still covered in water/soap build up, window sills still have dust on them, and was told the impression walking in was that it didn't seem very clean. Picture of the sink looks about the same from when we cleaned it earlier. I'm going to look tomorrow and update with pictures or that maybe the rest of the house is spotless, but you should not use them to get your house clean if you're moving out. I thought a family owned and 4.5 stars would be fine, but look somewhere else. Regret not going with a more popular option. Honestly, if it's how I'm thinking, I wish I just cleaned it myself. I missed their call so maybe they could say something, but no voicemail it seems. Leaving this review early so I can hopefully get some feedback ASAP as I'm unable to see the place or speak to them right now.
