The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. They did an excellent job with the move-out cleaning and carpet cleaning—the carpet looked brand new afterward. Great value for the price.

We had an excellent experience with Carpet and Janitorial J&J Company. Juan Sánchez arrived right on time and started by inspecting our office carpet. He clearly explained what stains might be difficult to remove, but in the end, he was able to get them all out! He spent about an hour cleaning the entire carpet, and the results are incredible — it looks brand new. You could tell he took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and with care. On top of that, Juan was very professional, communicated well, and it was a plus that he spoke Spanish. I highly recommend Carpet and Janitorial J&J Company for anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning.

Jeff and Harrison came out to clean one of our classrooms. We have roughly 100 people a week in an out of our building on a weekly basis. They did a great job bringing the carpet back to like new condition. Showed up on time and were done quickly. Cannot recommend enough.
