Gooses Carpet and Stone Cleaning

Michael was awesome. I live in Folsom and I called on a Friday afternoon needing carpet clean ASAP. He answered promptly, and he was scheduled me for the next morning at 7am on a Saturday. The next morning I called him around 8:17am I called him to apologize because I had over slept and would be right there and at that moment I realized I had booked a carpet cleaning for Folsom, “LOUISIANA” and he was located in Folsom, “CALIFORNIA”. And my 8:17am was 6:17am to him. Boy did I feel stupid!! But Michael was very sweet about it and I still tipped him for his trouble. For anyone in The Tahoe CALIFORNIA area, this is the guy!! And if you are in Folsom, LOUISIANA, I got a guy for you!! Hahaha!!

Wow, Mike is the embodiment of what small business owners should be doing. After 20+ years he is still excited and relevant in his business, his work ethic and quality illustrate this. Asked for quote for cleaning and sealing. Michael started asking where I lived, how big my house was etc. None of this is relevant to the cost of cleaning tile. He tried to justify how sealing was useless and how he does all this work by hand. Don't waste your time with this guy. He just wants to over charge for some back breaking manual labor when there are more efficient ways to do simple cleaning. Maybe is great at tile restoration, which is his area of expertise. If so then he should just stay he does not do basic cleaning and stop wasting everyone time.
