Rachid was wonderful to work with. He helped us with a move-out cleaning and exceeded my expectations in every way. He was incredibly thorough, paying attention to details that many people would have missed, from the window sills to all the little nooks and crannies throughout the house. What really stood out was that he took the time to carefully dust and clean our vintage crystal chandelier from the 1950s. It absolutely sparkled when he was finished and looked better than it has in years. He was kind, easy to communicate with, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the care and effort he put into making the home look its best. Rashid from Westlake Luxury Cleaning was sent to me by my electrician to assist with a full deep clean of my home post-construction. He was extremely friendly and punctual, he came by earlier the day to do a full walk-through on what I would like to be done and came back later on the same day with his crew. They were all very professional and knew what tools to use to get rid of hard to remove marks on the walls. They were also very thorough in their cleaning process, from scrubbing my stairs to getting hard to reach places like the ceiling of my stairway which would normally be forgotten about. Overall, I highly recommend Rashid and his crew and would most definitely hire him again for my future annual cleaning!
