Everyone there is super kind and friendly I drove all the way from Humboldt county which is a 3-hour drive. I was an hour late ( I did call ahead and let them know)and they said no problem. When I arrived they met me in the parking lot and took my car very promptly. By the time I was done with my lunch my car was ready and the windshield looks beautiful they did a great job thanks again!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My first experience many years ago for my F350 pickup went fine. But this recent time they broke and ruined many things and LIED about it!! They then chose to say we were wrong, we did it, and try to insult my wife's vehicle. A Porsche Cayenne, that they broke the wiper linkage (330$) on, and stripped wiper arm (203$) mounts . Lost the spacer into the body(I found it after), so they stacked washers there and LIED about the wipers. They told us that "we are having a hard time making the wipers both go the same speed".. the first clue that they broke the linkage, as it's mechanical linked and only one motor. They later told my wife it was all fine and when she asked what it was they said "oh, those cars are just special".. they knew they broke stuff then. The driver side wiper was flopping around, they busted the linkage supports for it, probably from removing the wiper arm with force, instead of a proper tool. The owner, stated he is only at fault because he didn't check if it was broken before they did any work (it is freshly broken Aluminum, very obvious) and that he would give her a check ONLY because his reputation is worth more than the check, hoping to silence the problem. He paid for the cost of the parts, but not labor, wasting more of our time and money. Obviously he just wanted her to get out of there before we noticed the other problems they caused. They also over glued the under glass VIN almost completely closed, can't read it. That's actually probably illegal now, depending on who sees it. They also over glued the Windshield Wiper Rain Sensor completely filling it with window glue, so now the wiper's automatic safety features do not work. That is at least another 415$ plus the cost to have a different window shop remove and replace it properly this time. The window glass also does not appear to be the same thickness as it should be, the glass does not touch the side trim the way it should. The top does, but the gap gets bigger and bigger and you go down til I can shove my finger between the trim and the glass. They broke the clips of the plastic corner pieces then used window glue or rtv of some sort to glue them down. The trim along the bottom of the window, doesn't even TOUCH the side trim where it has always touched from the factory, it is a little over 3/8 inch lower than it should be. If this company and the owner ACTUALLY cared about their reputation in this town, they would have owned up to the mistake from the start, apologized and immediately offered to correct everything they broke. Even if they somehow didn't realize how much they messed up, he should have been a man, and apologized and make things right. I think our lawyer will now get to go over the pictures of the issues and the quotes to get this all corrected. I HIGHLY suggest that anyone thinking of going here reassess their decision.

I had a huge crack on my windshield for a while. Called at 11am Thursday, left a message, owner returned my call within minutes, made an appointment same day at 1pm! I've had several windows replaced here and the owner remembered me! Extremely accommodating, super friendly, professional, well priced, timely, clean and even had an outside canopy with a heater to chill while I waited! Thank you Love Lopez Auto Glass
