Pacific Coast Auto Glass

Eric and his TEAM are very good at what they do. Despite them being very busy when I called Pacific Coast Auto Glass, they were incredibly accommodating every time and moreover, with this emergency repair. Bert had been struck by an errant rock sent from a riding mower. With the often wet weather we get, it was imperative to get him sealed up and repaired. We live remotely here on the North Coast and often are not equipped with the same amenities as larger cities. Bert’s new glass had to be ordered and shipped in from elsewhere. Which in itself is an ordeal. Eric stuck with it, though, and stayed in contact with me! He and his TEAM got the job done and improved upon Bert’s original glass, thank you! Got hit by a rock slide on 299 near Junction city while on vacation. Went to Pacific Coast Auto Glass because it was one of the nearest places from our hotel in Arcata. I’m so glad I chose to them, the reviews aren’t lying! Eric, the owner, was a lifesaver! Got me the new windshield the same day I came in and installed the next day before lunch time! All for a great price. Friendly, sympathetic, and great workmanship! I recommend them if you need your windshield replaced if you’re near the area. You will not regret it, I promise! The team, especially Eric, at Pacific Coast are top notch. I had a complicated windshield repair, along with some minor body work. There was a small issue that needed correction and they managed it extremely well. Great communication. Quality work. The only auto glass place I would consider. Period.
