Quick and efficient service was provided by Sayeed at the Tiburon Blinds and Design store. We needed to replace a 20-year-old shade that had broken and was no longer available. Sayeed helped me select a new shade describing all the new features and providing guidance on how to install it ourselves. The new shade arrived at the shop in less than 10 days. Sayeed removed it from its packaging, took our old shade, and disposed of both which was so helpful! We installed the new shade and it is working beautifully.

The Tiburon Blinds and Design office is wonderful. They are responsive to any questions or issues. The technicians are professional and helpful.
