He did an excellent job installing our new garage door opener, and everything works perfectly. What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained the different options without any pressure or upselling. He took the time to answer questions and made sure I understood what I was getting and why. The work was clean, efficient, and professional. Excellent service and will be recommending to anyone I know. Geva (our technician) was out within 2 hours of calling. He was very professional and quick to diagnose along with replacing the tension coils. I talked with him for a bit to get an understanding of why the previous coils may have broken and a few other questions. He took his time with the explanations which I appreciated. All said and done $475 for 2 new coils, labor and taxes. We had another company from Marin come out before this company. They told my wife they did not have the "right coils" with them and needed to order custom ones. Recieved the qoute at $995 taxes and labor included.
