Wesco Screen Co

It is a good idea to get competitive bids, especially when a bid seems too high. Wesco came in at $,7000 for a job that another local company with many 5 star reviews bid at $2,700. Before reaching out to the second company, I first reached out to Wesco by email noting that the bid seeming too high but I received a defensive response so I moved on. My hope is that maybe this review will be helpful to consumers and also to Wesco. I hope they can get their prices in line with the community standard and also be warmer in responding to potential customers. I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not hire them for the job.

We have worked with Wesco a few times. It has always been a great experience. This past time Alex, I think that was his name came to fix a retractable screen door we had. He was so personable. And did a great job at fixing the screen. It could have been a very expensive replacement. He explained everything that he was going to do and took a lot of time and patience to fix the screen. Great job. Really nice guy.

The lady who works scheduling and billing told me during our installation process over the phone that they would be taking the price of our screen door off due to it taking them 5 separate trips to get it installed. When I called to finalize the bill for the other work she went against her word and said that conversation we had never happened. Screens are good quality & installer was very nice. Don't offer something without being able to fulfill your promise!
