Foxtail Hill Windows & Doors

Foxtail Hill made over a dozen mahogany windows and a set of French doors for our house. It took about 2 months for them to make the custom windows and doors. The final product was beautiful and definitely worth the wait. They were very helpful and prompt throughout the entire process from measuring and quoting to permits all the way to the installation and final inspection. I highly recommend Foxtail Hill and would not hesitate to choose them again in the future.

The only concern we had with the house we bought last year was the windows. There were lots of issues, large gaps between the sashes and frames, rotted grids, safety issues, out of function pulleys, etc. Michael and Vince provided professional solutions to these issues without overdoing. They replaced some windows with new ones and fixed some others that were needed and left some as it was. Two new windows after first installation had wrong portions of the top and bottom sashes. They recreated and reinstalled new windows with the right portions without additional charges. The two installers were professional and very considerate too, especially the leading installer, Ernesto, who was willing to try his best and went beyond to honor our requirements. It took several months to get the job done but the work was completed very nicely. And it was an overall good experience.

We had to replace nearly all of our windows and Foxtail did a great job. The windows were replaced like-for-like and the new ones look exactly like the originals, except the new ones have a proper seal and are double paned which is so satisfying. Foxtail was very professional, patiently answered all our questions, and even helped us find an attractive and safe childproofing solution for the windows. They clearly take pride in their work because every detail is executed well, down to the beautiful hardware. Great team, and great products, I'm sure we will come back to Foxtail in the future!
