Ace Glass Company

I’m very disappointed with my experience. This company replaced an insulated glass unit (IGU) in a window prior to my purchase of the home. From the very first rainy season after installation, the window leaked from the interior corners. I have photos documenting the leak during that initial warranty period. The installer later acknowledged that the exterior perimeter of the IGU was never weather-sealed, yet claimed this was an “optional” service rather than a required part of the installation. As a result, the window allows water intrusion during any kind of rain. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, responsibility was repeatedly deflected to other parties, and I was told the warranty had expired, despite the defect existing from the start. No reasonable effort was made to correct the incomplete installation, even with active leaks during the rainy season. I would not recommend this company if you expect proper weatherproofing, accountability, or support when issues arise. In the future, you should just answer the questions that are asked towards you Alex rather than deflecting and going on side tangents. An amusing part of my interaction with this company was, when the owner said "if you get the scaffolding setup there (very expensive), we can come and caulk the exterior for $700".

We needed 5 long, thin pieces of glass for shadow box shelves and had gone to several glass shops. Each had told us no - they didn’t do that kind of glass cutting. Finally, we found Ace Glass! They welcomed us warmly, listened carefully, took us to the glass-cutting area, and quickly and professionally cut 5 absolutely perfect little shelves for us!! They wrapped them carefully, and sent us on our way. Altogether a wonderful experience and we recommend them most highly!!

Excellent customer service and the product selection is outstanding. Louis Knows what he’s doing and is fast and reliable. All the staff are amazing.
