HORRIBLE Customer Service. Sam will Ghost you after saying he will do the repair. I had to have a coworker call because he blocked my calls, told her part wasn't in. when I FINALLY got a hold of him, he told me he had a injury and assured me the repair will be completed. Ghosted me AGAIN the day before and day of the repair. My poor tenant has a broken window for over a week because Sam can not communicate. RUN to another vendor do NOT use him.

Sam did an outstanding job at one of our Jamba locations. He was very good at communicating with me and got back to me within just hours of me requesting a quote. I was very impressed with his work, it was done quick for a great price. I will definitely call if our glass needs to be replaced or repaired again. I highly recommend Best Offer Glass.
