Nielson was amazing! I called to schedule someone to come out and give an estimate on shower glass and George came same day, within only a couple hours. It was 24-hour turnaround for a quote and after I signed it was about 2 weeks out from time I signed to install (most of which was due to material needing to be delivered). Todd and Garrett did my install today and showed up exactly when they said they would and were polite and did such an excellent job. I highly recommend! The entire process was smooth and straight forward. (I also appreciate the reminder emails for appointments). Thank you for everything! Note: the 1-piece of gold hardware in the photo was due to the wrong piece being delivered, so they are going to order a new black piece and come back to swap out

Very happy with my experience with Nielsen Glass. They were incredibly easy to work with and provided a highly competitive quote. The team arrived right on time for both the measurement and the installation, and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Highly recommend!

I called Nelson Glass to repair 3 broken window panes on our old house which can be tricky and difficult. The crew was nice and did a great job! Service was timely and clean. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable to me. I am happy with their work and will use them again as needed.
