She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the Hunter Douglas shades she carries are superior to other options I considered and are well worth the cost. We ordered our shades in late November, and despite the holidays, our order for shades for ten windows and a sliding glass door were ready ahead of schedule.
