I had a problem with my sliding glass doors. When I called Nicolet , they got someone to come out and look at my doors. Mike was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and explained everything. I felt like he cares about the customer and doesn't try to sell what you don't need or can't afford. I will only go to Nicolet for all of my glass needs from now on! I can't say enough good things about them. UPDATE - I had a new screen for my sliding door installed and maintenance on them done. This time they sent Max. He, too, was professional, honest and incredibly nice. Nicolet Glass is top motch!
I'm selling my house and needed a single glass for a dual pane window as cheep as possible. They made an appointment to come next day to measure. I paid and waited to here that glass came in. I was able to take window in so it was cheaper and in 15 minutes window was done. Thank you Nicolet Glass.
