I cannot recommend Majestic Builders highly enough! From the very beginning, I wasn't completely sure what I wanted for my pool area gazebo project. Chrissy took the time to come out, listen to my ideas, and help me define the requirements and vision for the space. Her expertise and guidance made the entire process easy and stress-free. The finished custom gazebo is absolutely gorgeous and has transformed our backyard. What impressed me even more was the level of customer service throughout the project. Chrissy helped me locate and understand the existing electrical system around my pool area and, after the gazebo was completed, she coordinated an additional electrical hookup request without hesitation. The entire team—Chrissy, Jenny, Colter, Ronnie, Jake, Justin, and Aydan—was professional, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. They took great care of the work area, kept everything clean, and consistently kept me informed whenever there were scheduling changes or delays. Quality craftsmanship, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service are hard to find these days, but Majestic Builders delivered on all three. The attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was happy with the final result exceeded my expectations. We hired majestic builders to put a shade structure in our backyard space they did such a nice job ! I highly recommend them if you need a little xtra shade in this Redding heat.
