We are in the process of selling a house. Needed to replace a door that my dog damaged. I gave them a call told them I needed to match a old wooden door and style. I emailed a picture of the color. Dan told me no problem it’s red oak if paid for by a certain time they could have it all hinged by Wednesday and I would receive a call when it arrived. I never got a call it arrived when I called to check eta it was there. They told me they would have the new door already on Wednesday my husband went down Wednesday it wasn’t finished. They said they would have it done the next day. I get a call the next day saying that they don’t have the correct hinges to be able to match it to so my husband goes down there again. Making multiple Unnecessary trips. We finally get the door home after spending $200 plus dollars on it and it’s unfinished bare wood. I try and shop local but I could have saved money and bought a cheap door from lowes or homedepot. It literally is just a simple door with nothing special for 200+ dollars. Dan did offer a refund but I am in such a time crunch to sell my home this is a huge delay

As a woman walking into this store there is was an opportunity to feel uneasy as I knew what I wanted and I hoped that I could articulate that to whomever waited on me. I ended up working with Jacob and Jason both. When there was a problem with the item I purchased, Jacob made sure my door was retrieved from my home, fixed and then returned back to me. Customer service at its best!
