I have had the pleasure of bringing my car into the shop multiple times. As you know, driving runs a risk of getting chips in the windshield and they are so fast at getting me in and so professional. The price is decent as well. I would highly recommend these guys. I would never go anywhere else for glass repair. Plus they cleaned my windshield which was rather dirty from driving back and forth to Sacramento. They are superb and one of the times that I did drop my car off. They drove me over to my doctors appointment and then came and picked me up after my appointment when my car was ready I mean, they just go above and beyond and they are amazing.

The passenger side molding was not sitting flush because my winshield wasn't all the way in! The weatherstripping was messed up when they replaced the window. The windshield top molding/seal wasn't placed in correctly. There was a loud wind noise that I noticed later. Also car was not cleaned after work was completed, dust and little pieces of the seal. Red Bluff Glass charged my insurance for a calibration that wasn't performed. No retention tape was put on after the installation. The manager refused to fix when I expressed the problems. He told me that I'm only complaining because I wanted my deductible back. I let the owner know my concerns the next day and still nothing. Red Bluff Glass did a terrible job and had to have it redone!
