would give Crown Remodeling negative stars if I could. We hired them for a kitchen remodel, and they completely ruined our kitchen. The island was built with no support structures to hold the quartz countertop overhang, despite our repeated meetings with the owner, David Rowe, his foreman, and the designers where we raised this exact concern. David assured us—claiming he had 25 years of experience—that we should “trust his process.” His process left us with a countertop so unstable it had to be propped up with a 2x4 stick. The weight even prevented the cabinets beneath from opening properly. The problems didn’t stop there. The remodel failed gas and electrical inspections twice. Cabinets were installed crooked and unfinished. The dishwasher was installed without a waterproof barrier and was also crooked. Inside the cabinets, where pipes and gas lines ran, it looked like someone had literally kicked holes through the wood to force the utilities through. When the issues piled up, David Rowe avoided our calls, skipped scheduled visits, and refused to fix the damage. Instead of taking responsibility, he tried to get us to sign a release of liability for Crown Remodeling. When we refused, he threatened not to get the remodel signed off by the city and said that if the countertop failed within a year, he would “fix it for cost.” He also refused to provide us with the fabricator’s or installer’s contact information, or any receipts or documentation for the materials used. After months of unanswered calls, texts, and emails, Crown finally showed up—only to rip the quartz countertop off the island, damage the cabinets underneath, take our materials, and abandon the project altogether. This company shows an extreme lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic workmanship. I strongly warn against hiring Crown Remodeling. Do not use them.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!! Highly unprofessional company. Built us a kitchen island that could not support the Weight of the countertop and had to be held up with a 2 x 4 stick. They never came back and fixed it. They ghosted us and would not return calls, emails or text messages . They ruined our kitchen remodel and then abandoned the job and and ending up taking our materials as well.!!! I do NOT recommend hiring this company unless going to court to recover your losses is your intention!!!

We had an idea, but Dave's design team hit the mark! It was really nice working with this contractor. Keep up the great work guys!
