My wife and I recently had my five front and side windows installed on our home in McKinleyville. My contact and salesperson was Kyle. He was great and made sure that everything went smooth, easy and complete. Everything went perfect! The quality of the windows were exactly as advertised. The initial measuring and ordering was quick and easy. Also, the time between the measuring, ordering and installation was fast. Finally, the two guys sent to install the windows were professional, quick and experienced. I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Not only do my NTY windows have durable high quality construction, as advertised, but the framing around the windows is of high quality too. My next door neighbor just had her windows installed from another company and the difference could not be more striking. When looking at the two homes from the curb it becomes obvious how much better my top quality NTY widows look compared to hers. A person can really notice the quality difference, not only with the windows themselves, but the installation and quality of the framing too. She has already had her installers out twice to fix something in just two weeks. My new windows are fantastic! They function better than I thought windows could. Allowing me to open them from the top or bottom (no more cat claws on the screens). And I had several installed in Les then a day. If you’re in need of windows call NTY first.

From start to finish they excelled at communication and service. I had them install 4 windows. Took about a month for the windows to get in, and once they had them, they installed in one day. It's was quick work and they did a great job. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a custom fit window. My house now has fresh air flowing throughout. Thanks again to the whole team.
