His crew was really careful about my customers access, and were diligent in ensuring the work was done completely and thoroughly. The repairs blended seamlessly. We recently sold our home, the buyers hired Shawn as the home inspector. In the report Shawn blatantly lied stating that our electrical panel cover was to dangerous to remove and that it needed to be replaced due to manufacturers recalls, later on in the report there are images of the inside of the panel meaning he opened it up and took it off, in addition to that he unplugged our brand new garage door opener to test the back up battery which is designed to not be ran on for more then only 24 hours and is only utilized for emergency situations, Shawn never plugged it back in, in return this caused the circuit board to short circuit and fry. I personally don’t do business with liars. Hire at your own risk..
