I had bathroom work done a few years ago, and had lots of trouble with them communicating things appropriately. Now my toilet is leaking again and they aren’t calling me back to handle fixing the toilet asap.

Vice president of company hung up on me after I told him about my mold problem. I asked him to come take a look, he said I would have to call back on monday. I asked him if he could record my phone number and schedule me in, and he told me he didnt have any way to take my phone number down. I asked him if he was really the vice president, and he hung up the phone.

After over 10k worth of work I have to repaint and they didn't even get the final inspection done. If you use them be careful of paying in full before the work is 100% done and inspected
