West Coast Fire & Water (previously with SERVPRO)

We had a flood in our house and we were referred by USAA to these gentlemen and we couldn’t have been more thankful! Ross and the crew arrived on time, did great work in removing carpet, drywall, sink and shower….not to mention some carpet. They took great care in taping up and sealing off the area and did great work.

Chris Blanton and his team did an excellent job, he came out quickly to advise and inspect damage. Then came back to do damage mitigation / and pack out of our furniture and items. They were all very professional photo documenting all the damage, the work they completed and the items they packed. They set up the repair work for us, worked with the insurance company on our behalf and even got it negotiated that our items would be transported to where we were moving. It would have been a much more stressful event if not for Chris and his crew.

Ross and staff were super helpful, professional and friendly. They quickly resolved my issue and set us up for the next steps to get the kitchen back together! Would definitely recommend west coast!!! Thanks again!
