FloodDry Water Damage Restoration

We had a leak in our bathroom upstairs. The leak was caused by the faulty valve under the vanity. After I invited three companies with 5-star reviews, I decided to hire FloodDRY, and it turned out to be a great decision.They were professional throughout the whole project. Kirill and Alex did a great job and cleaned up the working areas after each visit. All the areas were isolated. They also found another leak and some mold in the bathroom, which was caused by the walk-in showers, as our tenants were not very careful with the shower door. That was also great that they helped us with the Insurance Company to get full coverage for the project. Highly recommended

My bathtub overflowed. This was not an insurance case, and I had to pay out of pocket. Here is what happened: I researched reviews of several water damage restoration companies in Cupertino and decided to contact Flooddry. They responded and arrived very quickly. They collected all the water, removed the baseboards in the bathroom, made holes along the floor, and opened the ceiling in the bathroom located on the floor below. In the end, they managed to save our very expensive floor tiles. They set up equipment in the bathroom where the flood occurred and in the bathroom downstairs. They had to dry for 6 days until the floor under the tiles was completely dry. We are very satisfied with their work. If you live in Cupertino, Flooddry will come to you very quickly. Kirill arrived and explained everything in great detail, which made us feel much more at ease. Alex and Kirill worked quickly and very carefully. They cordoned off the repair area with a partition. They treated the entire water-damaged zone with an antibacterial agent; since elderly people live in the house, they were kind enough to install an air purifier to remove bacteria and dust. We were extremely satisfied with how the entire process was carried out. If you were to ask me whether I would be willing to turn to them again if the need arose, I would confidently answer yes.
