We had a small and easy job to be done in front of our house. The Tree Team came up with the correct estimate. However, their man did not do it right. The estimator refused to accept our complaints, so we'll hired a different contractor to do it. Very disappointing.

One of the worst, most unprofessional contractors I've had to deal with. In the beginning of the year we had a quote done and by April we were told they sent out an application for a permit to remove a overgrown tree in front of our mothers home. Over six months with no update and we find out they didn't send out anything.

We recently needed a couple of large branches removed from a tall mature tree in our front yard of our Los Gatos home. Our contractor noticed the branches and alerted me. I called around and got four quotes from different tree companies. Kelly, the owner, came out himself to inspect our tree and to quote our project. He spent quite a bit of time answering our questions. I was impressed by both his knowledge and price, which was all done without any pressure. The Tree Team crew arrived the next day and did an outstanding job. They were friendly, clean, and efficient from start to finish. They cut and removed the branches exactly as we requested and were very careful of our surrounding landscaping. After the work was completed, they chipped all of the cut branches and hauled away all of the debris. They used a blower and swept clean our walkway, driveway, and yard, leaving my front yard spotless. Besides the missing branches, you would have never known they were there. The quality of work and value for the price we paid were outstanding. I highly recommend The Tree Team to anyone looking for honest, professional tree service. They are definitely a five-star company!
