We had a great experience with New Vista Inc. for backyard tree trimming and pruning. Thomas, Antonio, and the team spent over seven hours at our property working diligently. They were professional, knowledgeable, and surprisingly quiet with their power equipment. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any tree services!

The initial consultation appointment was easy to book, with a Saturday appointment available. Thomas arrived promptly and was helpful and thorough. The quote came through quickly, then scheduling was easy. On the day of the trimming, the team arrived just as promised, did a wonderful job, and left the job site neater than they found it. I don't know what else anyone could ask for when getting work done on their property. Perfect experience.

Concerned it might fall overnight and cause damage, I began frantically searching for emergency tree services. Despite calling several companies advertising “24/7 service,” most went straight to voicemail or Google Voice. NewVista was the only company that actually answered. I spoke with Dina, who was kind, responsive, and quick to act. She asked for photos, called me back right away, and said, "That looks bad"—then promptly dispatched an arborist to assess the situation. Within minutes, I received a quote, and their team was on-site that evening to safely remove the tree. They left the debris neatly on the side and returned first thing the next morning to remove everything completely. The entire process was professional, fast, and reassuring during a stressful situation. NewVista was truly exceptional—responsive, reliable, and efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
