Daniel & his team: Oscar, Julio, Alejandro, Pedro & Rudy did an excellent job professionally pruning & cutting our grove of redwood trees that were 160 feet high & needed major work. Upon meeting Daniel during the bidding process, his knowledge of trees & all the strict policies in Palo Alto was evident. He is an Arborist & learned the business from working as a young man with his father and taking over his family business. He has trained his workers, knows them & are all equipped for safety while climbing the trees and below making sure large limbs & branches are coming down without hurting anything or anyone below. I and my neighbors were very impressed with their teamwork, efficiency & their caring about their job and their clients. Their prices were competitive & very fair - but unlike other tree companies DSoto trees were the best I’ve ever worked with in my 37 years owning our home in Palo Alto. Daniel and his team did a great job trimming the large oak and bay trees in my yard. The team were very punctual, took great care of the trees to make sure the weight was reduced without compromising the privacy that the trees give us, and left the yard cleaner than when they started. Daniel’s advice on what to do with trees was very thoughtful.
