Magnolia Roofing did a high-quality job repairing a long roof valley and replacing some rotted plywood and fascia. We originally reached out during the busy rainy season for this non-urgent issue, and Nereida consistently kept us in the loop on their schedule. When Alejandro came out and looked at the valley, he explained clearly what was going on, explained how the proposed repairs would address it, and quoted a fair price. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, and it’s obvious they take care to do the job right. They matched colors, did precise touch-up work on the visible parts, and Alejandro went out of his way to fix some missing flashing on a short run for an extra layer of protection. Communication was clear throughout the process, and overall it was a thoughtful, well-executed job. I definitely plan to use them again.

Alejandro came to perform an inspection of my roof tiles and underlayment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to explain what was going on.
